The Gin

Adnams Copper House Pink Gin is made from grain to glass using East Anglian malted barley which is first brewed into an unhopped beer before being distilled to a vodka with exceptional purity at 96% abv. It is then redistil this vodka with six botanicals - juniper berries, orris root, coriander seed, cardamom pod, sweet orange peel and hibiscus flower to create our award-winning Dry Gin.

Raspberry is added to create those amazingly vibrant fruity aromas. It's a fun, pink twist on our great gin.

The Negroni

Easy to make and refreshingly bitter, the Negroni is said to have been invented in Florence by the dauntless Italian Count Camillo Negroni in the early 20th century. 

So, how do you mix the perfect classic version? 

• 30ml x Adnams Copperhouse Pink Gin
• 30ml x Campari
• 30ml x Vermouth

Steps:

1. Add the gin, Campari and sweet vermouth to a mixing glass filled with ice, and stir until well-chilled
2. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube
3. Garnish with orange peel
4. Enjoy!
