Tasked with creating a pink gin, the Hrafn Gin team didn't simply get their original gin, chuck in something pink, and call it a day. Oh no. Instead, this is pink with a purpose, and that purpose is: cranachan. Yes, cranachan, the classic Scottish dessert.

This right here is a gin recipe made from scratch which tastes like gin but also like cranachan, having been made with Aberdeenshire raspberries, heather honey, oatmeal, and new make malt spirit.
