Polugar Gin Negroni Set

The Gin

Clear splice appearance almost quicksilver in a glass. Thin but nice coat on the glass. On swirling it forms a very distinct meniscus/edgeline with teardrops forming which then retreat rapidly and form droplets on the side of the tasting glass.

Could be one of the best sweet gins botanical mixtures I have come across. A natural for swapping out a gin in many cocktails and so good on its own at room temperature. Lovely in a bone china teacup straight up.

The Negroni

Easy to make and refreshingly bitter, the Negroni is said to have been invented in Florence by the dauntless Italian Count Camillo Negroni in the early 20th century. 

So, how do you mix the perfect classic version? 

• 30ml x Polugar Gin
• 30ml x Campari
• 30ml x Vermouth

Steps:

1. Add the gin, Campari and sweet vermouth to a mixing glass filled with ice, and stir until well-chilled
2. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube
3. Garnish with orange peel
4. Enjoy!
